I\u2019m serious. It takes real effort for me to stop working. I love my wife and daughter, I love my friends, and I love my hobbies, but its always been difficult for me to stop working and spend time with them. Work feels so immediate.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t feel overwhelmed at work, it just feels like there is always something useful I could be doing. I like feeling motivated and it makes me feel good about myself to be good at what I do. In short, creating a good work\/life balance is really hard for me. And I\u2019m not the only one.<\/p>\n<p>Almost everyone has trouble finding a work\/life balance that works well for them. It doesn\u2019t matter if you tend to work too much or too little, the problem is the same: how do you work enough that you are successful at your job while still finding the time to have a life outside of work. It is a question we all face.
