As long as everyone is working from home anyway try to see what it would be like if you were a distributed team. Coordinate with your team. Discuss designs or ideas.
Give your team know at least three ways of contacting you. Here are some suggestions:
- Telephone
- IM
- IRC
- Desktop sharing
This is a great chance to see what it would be like to work in a distributed team and prove to your boss that making it work well is possible.
